"I visited Colombian Coffee recently and really liked the ambience—it’s lively, quite crowded, and clearly a popular spot. That said, the wait for coffee was longer than expected; I would’ve preferred to receive it within the first 5–10 minutes, but the wait was noticeably longer. We tried the avocado toast and egg salad toast, which were okay but not particularly memorable. I paid around $45 in total, and I’m not entirely sure the meal was worth the price. On the positive side, the staff was very kind and welcoming, the cucumber water was refreshing, and I loved the cutlery and merchandise—they were thoughtfully chosen and added to the experience. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, I’d still give it a good rating."

"The newest coffee bar & roastery in town! From Colombia to Alberta and now finally, in Saskatoon. Great new spot for a coffee hangout.. chill vibes, warm lighting and a stylish yet relaxing interior that makes you want to stay for hours. The music really sets the mood (a mix of synth-pop, jazz, bossa nova and a touch of rock… unexpected but totally works) The staff are super friendly and full of energy. I can tell they genuinely love what they do. Their passion really comes through in the coffee, which is rich, balanced and full of personality. Desserts deserve a shoutout too. I tried the chocolate zucchini loaf and it was surprisingly good.. moist, flavourful and not too sweet. I’m already excited to come back and trying more from their menu."

"The Colombian serves some of the best coffee you’ll find in Saskatoon. Every cup is smooth, rich, and clearly made with care and attention to detail. You can taste the quality from the first sip. Some people mention that the drinks are smaller or more expensive than what they get at large chains. What they might not realize is that this is not chain coffee. It is thoughtfully sourced, expertly roasted, and made to highlight quality and flavour, not just fill a giant cup. Great coffee takes time, effort, and exceptional ingredients, and that is exactly what you get here. It is also a small business with heart, and that comes through in every part of the experience, from the welcoming atmosphere to the people who genuinely care about what they serve. The space is always spotless and thoughtfully maintained, which makes it even more enjoyable to sit and enjoy your coffee. If you value quality, flavour, and community The Colombian is the place to go. Once you experience it, it is hard to go anywhere else."

"I think it’s safe to say that after its grand opening, it will be one of the busiest coffee shops in Saskatoon. The location is ideal parking might be limited to street parking but it’s by the river and close walk from broadway. The beans are sourced ethically from their own family farm. The coffee is full of flavour with different types of in house roast levels to choose from. The espresso is medium roast. Definitely check it out before the wait and the line is too long."

"The Colombian is one of my top coffee shops. We were driving from Edmonton to Manitoba, and I was so happy to be able to get delicous coffee in Saskatoon! I remembered they opened a shop there a while ago and thankfully, it wasn't far from where we were staying! Delicious as always and our server was so helpful and kind. Wonderful experience as usual. The staff at all the Colombian locations I've been to, always got above and beyond and seem to enjoy their workplace!"

"I’ve been living in the Nutana neighborhood for two years and have tried all the coffee spots in the area. I’m confident that the best service and most flavorful coffee is at The Colombian. I went there last Saturday for a quick coffee with my brother, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything. We also had a mocha and a chocolate croissant, which were absolutely delicious and made the experience even better. What a great time we had there—I highly recommend this place!"

"Such a cozy and welcoming spot! Every time I’ve visited this coffee shop, the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. The service is great, quick but never rushed, and the atmosphere feels cozy and relaxed, tucked right into the neighborhood. It’s always busy, and you can tell people really enjoy being here. I also love the simple, tasteful decoration and the option to buy ground coffee or beans to take home. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a coffee and unwind!"
